What we grow

Vegetables and herbs, grown by hand, guided by the season.

We tend a market garden of around 1.5 acres on the edge of the Fowey Estuary. What we grow changes with the season - we focus on the foods we love to eat and which thrive on our land.

Everything is grown without chemicals using regenerative and permaculture methods that prioritise soil health and long-term resilience. Small-scale, hand-worked, and cared for properly.

Fresh vegetables including green leafy lettuce, long green beans, purple onions, cherry tomatoes, carrots, onions, and basil, organized in paper bags and plastic crates on a table.

Veg boxes
A seasonal selection of what's ready, delivered locally or collected from the farm. The contents change week to week depending on what's growing well. Click here for more info.

Whitecross Market
You can find us at Whitecross Market on the first Saturday of every month. Come and say hello.

Restaurants and local businesses
We supply a small number of local restaurants and businesses. If you'd like to stock our produce or champion us in your kitchen, get in touch.

On the farm
Some of what we grow is available directly from the farm. Drop us a message if you're local and want to arrange something.

Food is not just a product. It's a bridge between the vitality of our soil and your body.
