Earthbound is a place for bodies as much as land. Alongside the growing and the gathering, we host a small number of weekly classes led by practitioners we trust.
Classes are open to everyone.
No experience needed, just a willingness to show up.
Qigong with Angie
Every Monday, April to September, Angie leads an outdoor Qigong session with views across the Fowey valley.
Qigong is a gentle moving meditation - accessible to everyone regardless of fitness or flexibility. Sessions run from 7-9pm, moving indoors in bad weather.
Afterwards, you're welcome to use the sauna, and there's usually a warm bowl of something from the farm for £5 if you'd like it.
Breathe with Alys
Coming soon
Alys is a Transformational Breath® and Oxygen Advantage coach. She is also a somatic practitioner, with experience in holistic healing, NLP coaching, trauma informed practices, women circles and more. Al is well versed at creating spaces for people to drop the mind and enter the body.
She'll be offering sessions at Earthbound later so keep your eyes peeled.
More details coming soon. Be sure to follow her on IG and to sign up below to hear first.
