We are for the first time this summer, renting out our two beautifully appointed 2-bedroom cottages set within the grounds of a historic Cornish estate. Perched in its own private valley with access to the serene Fowey Estuary, we are surrounded by acres of unspoilt land; streams, an ancient water well, orchards and gardens.
We feel very lucky to be nestled in rolling countryside surrounded by birdsong and nature.
This is the kind of place you stumble upon and never want to leave.

Along from St Cadix, we have our small regenerative farm.
Here, guests can receive a fresh organic veg box and have access to our beautiful wood-fired sauna.
We have a number of dates available to rent out either one or both properties - starting from £1,250 per week.

The Finch Cottage is all on 1 floor, with a large open plan kitchen, living room space - complete with wood-burner and underfloor heating, large french windows that offer plenty of light and direct access onto private garden area.
There is one large super-king bedroom, large single bedroom and bathroom; with roll top bath and shower. The cottage also has access to a private laundry room

The Blackbird Cottage is split between two floors. On the ground floor, there is a second private entrance into a hallway off which there a two double bedrooms and a high-end shower room.
The upstairs living space, has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy open plan sitting room / dining area, and its own private outdoor space. The cottage has access to a private laundry room.

☕🪴 10 min drive to The Duchy Cornwall where there is a cafe, shop and plant nursery (their coffee is excellent)
🥾 Stunning coastal walks right from our backdoor- we can provide you with plenty of routes

St Cadix is tucked away in the peaceful hamlet of St Veep, near Lerryn, in the heart of South Cornwall - close enough to everything, far enough from everywhere else.
