A place to slow down

The sauna sits in a wildflower meadow in the heart of the farm, (just outside of Lerryn) surrounded by nature.

Built by local craftspeople and fired with sustainably sourced wood, it’s a quiet, elemental space shaped by fire, water and weather.

There’s no rush here - just warmth, fresh air, and time to arrive back in your body.

Sessions

Choose from:

  • Individual seats – perfect for solo restoration.

  • Private group bookings – up to 12 people, ideal for friends and celebrations.

Every session supports Earthbound’s regenerative farm, helping us grow fresh, chemical-free vegetables for the local community.

Our Sauna

Set within our acres, the wood‑fired sauna offers a simple place to warm the body, slow the breath and rest with the land.

Each visit includes time in the heat and access to an outdoor cold plunge, with wide views across the farm.

We offer a range of services to meet your needs; such as double sessions, private group sessions or something else. We’ d be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

Recieve an optional freshly picked veg for £15 to take home after your sauna. Filled with delicious, nutrient-dense, seasonal produce from the farm - available upon request.
